需要local candidates for in person interview 地点: Miami, Florida Note: 这是一个entry level 职位,需要一年左右办公室经验 Aim of the role:
To assist the daily general admin matters of the office
 
Main Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
·       Deal with the office stationary management, meeting room management, client reception, etc.
·       Take charge of meeting organize, team building event organize, etc.
·       Support work of Director in administrative and managerial tasks.
·       Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
·       Establish, organize and coordinate the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
·       Assist in procurement and IT related issues.
·       Any other related admin jobs when required.
 

Requirements
·       Bachelor’s degree in administration or business management or equivalent
·       Proficiency in written and spoken English and written and spoken Chinese
·       Proven administrative or assistant experience; min 1-years experience
·       Proven understanding of customer service
·       Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
·       Attention to detail and problem solving skills
·       Strong organizational and planning skills
·       Proficiency in MS Office
